Been so very busy. Thanks again for all your help selling the house could not have done it without you. You are truly the best in the business. No need for any gifts. Your knowledge and wisdom helped immensely who knows someday we might become family for real, depending on what the kids decide to do. Her communication skills are exceptional and she is a consummate professional. She was thorough in her research and exhibited a high degree of market expertise. Her negotiations resulted in me only paying 1.5% for the buyers agent and got me $10,000 over our asking price. I would recommend her in a second.

She read every line of that first offer with me and explained all of it in a clear and concise manner. We made three offers and she was not afraid to let me know if I was to low or too high on a price. In the end she found the perfect family home for my family and our two dogs. It met all our expectations and my wife is thrilled with the interior and outdoor entertaining space and I have plenty of room for my toys. She was patient, it took 6 months of searching. Listened to what we wanted and made sure we were looking at properties that met or exceeded our expectations. She even showed us houses we wanted to see that she knew would not qualify for what we wanted but made sure we saw the advantages and disadvantage of them all.
